Our products are marketed and sold through a range of different channels including gyms, fitness facilities, and directly to consumers via our internet website and through third party catalogues (which we refer to as our "Direct to Consumer" or "DTC") through a mix of independent distributors and licensees throughout the world. All of our products are manufactured by a network of independent manufacturers which satisfy our strict quality requirements. Virtually all apparel products are produced outside the United States, while equipment products are produced both in the United States and abroad.
