UMeWorld Inc. is a biotechnology-driven health and sustainability company. Through our operating subsidiary, Dagola Inc. in Miami, Florida, we develop and commercialize products based on a single enzymatic platform applied across two areas: functional nutrition and renewable fuels. Our current commercial activities focus on our DAGola® functional oil division, while our renewable-fuels initiative, Project Verdant, remains in early planning. Dagola Inc. markets diacylglycerol (“DAG”) cooking oils and related nutritional products in the United States and China. In parallel, we are evaluating a separate business line involving biofuel production, including Sustainable Aviation Fuel (“SAF”) and biodiesel derived from used cooking oil, palm by-products, and other waste feedstocks. Both concepts rely on a common enzymatic process for converting triglyceride-rich oils into higher-value outputs. Project Verdant is at a preliminary stage. The Company is assessing the feasibility of building a 50,000-metric-ton-per-year biodiesel pilot plant in Malaysia, currently targeted for 2026. Activities include feasibility work, early engineering, and feedstock and site assessments. The project is subject to technical validation, permitting, financing, and market conditions, and there is no assurance the plant will be built or become operational within the expected timeframe.
