| Description | United American Healthcare Corporation (the "Company" or "UAHC") was incorporated in Michigan on December 1, 1983 and commenced operations in May 1985. On August 1, 2014, the Company converted from a Michigan corporation to a Nevada corporation. From 2010 through 2020, the Company provided contract manufacturing services to the medical device industry through a previously owned subsidiary, Pulse Systems, LLC. The Company sold all of its interest in Pulse Systems, LLC on October 30, 2020. In 2017, the Company formed UAHC Ventures, LLC, to manage and pursue strategic business opportunities in promising growth industries. In 2021 the Company liquidated its remaining investments held in UAHC Ventures, LLC and also divested its subsidiary, American Sustainable Rubber Company, LLC. In June of 2022, UAHC began pursuing opportunities in real estate investments. In July of 2022, the Company created UAHC Real Estate, LLC, as a wholly owned subsidiary, and completed its first real estate acquisition. Prior to 2010, UAHC provided comprehensive management and consulting services to managed care organization related to employee welfare and health benefit plans (from 1985 to 2009).
