Description

Coresource Strategies, Inc. (formerly Hall of Fame Beverages, Inc.), a Colorado corporation, developed a resource management system ("RMS"), to more efficiently and more cost effectively treat oil field wastewater than the solutions that are currently available. By contrast, competitive solutions are extremely expensive and do not result in any usable by-products; rather, the other methods cause a significant increase in operating expenses.

Coresources RMS applies a patented, proprietary nanopolymer technology to transform oilfield wastewater into useable, fresh water. This groundbreaking technology is a system designed to effectively and efficiently reduce the consumption of and reuse our most precious natural resource: water. This nanopolymer creates a microencapsulating flocculent dispersion ("MFD"), which allows Coresources product to optimize the consumption of our natural resources and to facilitate the use of the byproduct.

Coresources focus is to extract produced fresh water and subsequent byproducts from its processes that will be suitable for commercial, industrial, and agriculture uses, while reducing the strain on our natural resources.

A nanopolymer is a stable, non-toxic, non-flammable, and non-hazardous food-grade material that is cost effective at a concentration of 30 ppm in the produced water. Coresources process of MFD binds hydrocarbons (BTEX- Benzene, Toluene, Ethyl Benzene, and Xylene), Iron Sulfides, and suspended solids and naturally occurring radionuclides (radioactive materials). MFD is a stable suspension of this proprietary nanopolymer in water. It is stable in extremes of heat and cold. Moreover, its all-weather operational capacity has ventilation and freeze protection and it can be heated, frozen, and thawed, without adversely impacting its performance. It can be insulated to protect up to -40 C.

Coresources RMS incorporates proprietary advanced controls and circuitry that enable its user to automatically process oil field formation water through a continuous cycle. This system delivers an effective way to continually treat and clean formation water. Coresources RMS possesses components that have been ruggedized to withstand the most severe conditions associated with oil field operations. Moreover, the modular design of Coresources RMS facilitates integration and scalability for future growth and range of other oil field opportunities. Coresources RMS is automated and provides user control settings to flow from 500 bbls per day (875 gallons/hour) up to 1000 bbls/day (1750 gallons/hour) of formation water on a batch system. It is designed in an 8 x 40 shipping container for security, durability, and ease of moving on and off oil and gas leases.
