Description

GR Silver Mining Ltd. is engaged in the business of the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral resources, with a focus on silver and gold, in the historic Rosario Mining District, in Sinaloa State, Mexico. It controls 100% of approximately 348 sq. km of highly prospective mining concessions within the district and includes mineral resource estimates on three areas as well as two past-producer mines. The district presents a geological setting, located along the western edge of the Sierra Madre Occidental, resembling the San Dimas Mining District, which has produced 600 Moz silver and 11 Moz gold. The Companys principal project is the Plomosas Project, which includes the San Marcial Area, the Plomosas historical Underground Mine and San Juan-La Colorada Areas. On March 20, 2023, the Company announced an updated NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate for the Plomosas Project, with approximately 78 sq. Km, integrating the key mineral resources of the San Marcial Area, the Plomosas historic Underground Mine Area and the San Juan-La Colorada Area. GR Silver Mining Ltd controls key concessions adjacent to these and other key deposits in this under-explored district and is therefore well placed for continued growth and to take advantage of future business opportunities. The Plomosas historic Underground Mine Area is located approximately 5.5 km to the north of the Companys San Marcial Area.
