| Description | GO Residential Real Estate Investment Trust (the “REIT”) is an internally managed,
open-ended real estate investment trust established under the laws of the Province of
Ontario. The REIT maintains its Canadian registered office at 199 Bay Street, Suite 4000,
Toronto, Ontario, and its U.S. head office at 80 Fifth Avenue, Suite 1201, New York, New
York.
The REIT was formed to provide investors with exposure to luxury high-rise multifamily
residential properties (“LHRs”) located in the New York metropolitan area and other major
metropolitan cities across the United States.
On closing of its initial transaction, the REIT indirectly acquired a portfolio of five luxury
high-rise properties comprising 2,015 residential suites located in Manhattan, New
York. The REIT holds its interest in these properties through its indirect interest in GO
Residential Operating LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
The REIT is a fully integrated owner and operator with internal expertise across acquisitions, asset management, property management, leasing, financing, audit, marketing,
branding, and human resources. The management team consists of experienced professionals with deep knowledge of and long-standing involvement in the Initial Portfolio.
