We provide these services through our wholly-owned subsidiaries, Securus and eVance. Securus operates as a national retail ISO and MSP with approximately 5,000 merchants across the country using First Data Corporation as its primary processing partner. eVance utilizes multiple processing partners including TSYS, Cynergy, Elavon, First Data Corporation and others. These relationships allow us to provide rapid clearing of payments, using traditional credit card terminals, POS systems and mobile applications, including Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Android Pay. Our merchant account solutions, combined with the latest mobile site and cloud based technologies, are designed to meet the unique needs of our over 10,000 merchant customers across the U.S.
