| Description | Elinx Corporation has purchased assets to produce and manufacture industrial sand. Primarily with the demand of the oil and gas wells being drilled and completed in the Eagleford Shale play we are focused on Frac Sand. The property has higher grade of in-basin frac sand with very little overburden to remove. The combination of the ease to mine and of the closest and centrally located mine to the major wells give us a strategic advantage to the competing marketplace.
