of marine transportation services.
The Group’s customers include owners of goods, ship charterers and traders. The
Group secures its charter contracts with its customers primarily through
intermediaries such as shipping agents and cargo brokers.
It owns and operates 10 bulk carriers, deployed around Greater China, Japan,
Russia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Bangladesh, and elsewhere in Asia. The vessels,
totalling 455,463 deadweight tonnes, transport dry bulk commodities such as
coal, cement, clinker, iron ore, minerals, and wood chips.
