Aberdeen Standard Global Infrastructure Income Fund (the Fund) is a newly organized, non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Funds investment objective is to seek to provide a high level of total return with an emphasis on current income. There is no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objective The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in a portfolio of income-producing public and private infrastructure equity investments around the world. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the Funds net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) will be invested in U.S. and non-U.S. infrastructure-related issuers.
