into a public limited company on 16 June 2000, and listed on the SGX-SESDAQ on
7 July 2000 as Shining Corporation Ltd. On 1 October 2009, the Company
announced its transition to the Catalist Sponsor Supervised Regime and is
required to comply with the Section B: Rules of Catalist of the SGX-ST Listing
Manual with effect from 2 November 2009. On 22 June 2010, the Company changed
its name to "Pollux Properties Ltd." to align with its corporate strategy of
entering into its new business segment of Property Development.
The Company is a property group with an exclusive focus on the development of
properties. The Group actively engages in the business of developing real
estate projects, with the main aim of creating homes and lifestyles that fit
the philosophy of modern living.
