The Group is an established provider of fuel products in Singapore with over 40 years of operating track record. Currently, its business can be categorised into the following three segments:

Retail Liquefied Petroleum Gas (“LPG”) Business – the Group is engaged in the retail distribution of bottled LPG cylinders and sale of LPG-related accessories to mainly domestic households in Singapore. The Group markets its bottled LPG cylinders under the “Union” brand pursuant to a trade mark licence agreement entered into with Union Energy Corporation Pte. Ltd.;
 
-? Compressed Natural Gas (“CNG”) Business – the Group operates a fuel station at 50 Old Toh Tuck Road, Singapore 597657 (“50 Old Toh Tuck Road”) to produce, sell and distribute CNG primarily to natural gas vehicles and industrial customers for their commercial use; and
 
-? Diesel Business – in addition to CNG, since August 2015, the Group sells and distributes diesel to retail customers at its fuel station at 50 Old Toh Tuck Road. It is also engaged in the transport, distribution and bulk sale of diesel to commercial customers.
 
 
The Group has also embarked on the distribution of health products and household products to domestic households in Singapore since March 2016 and April 2016 respectively as an ancillary business which complements its Retail LPG Business through the use of its existing distribution network and its fleet of more than 100 delivery vehicles.
